To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewellery in the provided SORU pouch and clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by location, with most international orders arriving within 5-10 business days via our premium courier partners.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Is there a warranty on my purchase?

Every SORU piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not include accidental damage or natural wear and tear of the gold plating.
