We want you to be completely satisfied with your SORU Jewellery purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn pieces. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging with all security tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your jewellery back into its original SORU presentation box and use a secure mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, ensuring you obtain a proof of postage.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our studio receives your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
